What is EFT? 
And how can it help me?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often known as “tapping”, is a gentle yet powerful technique that combines modern psychology with ancient acupressure principles to help calm the nervous system and release emotional blocks.

By gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on thoughts, emotions, memories, or challenges, EFT helps to calm the amygdala — the part of the brain responsible for our stress, fear, and fight-or-flight responses. This allows the body and mind to feel safer, calmer, and more regulated, making it easier to process emotions and create lasting change.

I use EFT to help uncover the deeper emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and subconscious blocks that may be holding you back. Together, we work to lower emotional barriers, release stress stored in the body, and create space for clarity, confidence, and healing.

Sessions are gentle, supportive, and tailored completely to you. They can be conducted in person, via Zoom, or even over the phone, and EFT is incredibly effective no matter where you are.

EFT can also be used alongside Personal Training and Life Coaching to help support mindset, motivation, emotional resilience, and behavioural change.

However, I have found that the deepest and most powerful breakthroughs often happen during dedicated EFT sessions, where we can fully focus on the emotional root of the issue without distraction.
