Experience customized personal training sessions that focus on your individual fitness goals. Rachel Leigh has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and worked all over the world learning different techniques and strategies. She brings with her an abundance of knowledge in areas such as muscle and strength gain, fat loss, conditioning, specializing in boxing, kettlebell, circuit training, All types of yoga and mobility and placing high importance on meditation, emotional wellbeing and stress management. Sessions run for an hour and can be conducted via zoom, at your home if local or even out in nature. Location tbc after initial consultation.
